The Nags Head Pier reporting Spot , Sea Mullet , Flounder and Trigger Fish . The Avalon Pier reporting Spot , Sea Mullet , Blue Fish and Spanish Mackerel . Off Shore reports Dolphin , Tuna , Wahoo and a mixed bag of Bill Fish . Near Shore reports Blue Fish , Spanish Mackerel and Amberjack . The Sound reports Flounder , Blue Fish , Spot , Croaker , Sea Mullet and Black Drum . The Water is 78 degrees and Clear .
