The Nags Head Pier reporting Croaker , Sea Mullet and Trigger Fish . The Avalon Pier reporting Spot , Croaker, Blue Fish And Trigger Fish . Off Shore reports Dolphin , Tuna and Mixed Bill Fish . Near Shore reports Blue Fish and Spanish Mackerel . Surf Fishing reports some Blue Fish in the Surf . The Water is Clear and 65 degrees . The Wind is out of the East at 5 mph. .
